High school is the formative period of a young adult’s academic career, and who better to look to for help during that period than high schoolers themselves? Titan Tutoring and Test Preparation is a platform that allows academically talented students to help their peers navigate high school and prepare for college. Since many of these accomplished individuals are at the cusp of their college careers, now is the time to take advantage of their services.
Mission
Our goal is to make high-quality help accessible to all — regardless of socioeconomic status. Our packages are much more affordable than others, and we offer steep discounts for low-income students. Although those students may not make up a majority, Glenbrook South alone has more than 500 students on the free and reduced lunch program.
Private tutoring is usually only accessible to the wealthy, further helping the already advantaged. Hopefully, we will be able to even out the playing field in this area. Find out more about us here.

College Essay Writing
The summer is a time for rising high school seniors to begin drafting their college essays. We can help with that. With the majority of our team being composed of recently graduated high school seniors, we are familiar with what makes the most compelling college essay.
Standardized Testing
Every single tutor in our team has scored in the top 1% of the nation on either the ACT or SAT. Our tutors are available to help students with all ACT and SAT subjects as well as with SAT Subject Tests.
All Subjects
On top of college-related subjects, our organization provides tutoring for all academic subjects, including all levels of high school mathematics, science, English, history, and foreign language. No matter what subject you have in mind, we have a tutor who has excelled in this area.
Locations
In the Glenview/Northbrook area, we have many tutors available to work with you. Without a central brick-and-mortar location, we have the opportunity to offer you the utmost flexibility. Our tutors are mobile and will work with your needs. Some example locations of where we tutor include the Glenview Public Library, the Northbrook Public Library, the Glenview Park District, and more. If you have more particular requests, please inform our tutors during your initial appointment.
Referral Offer
For a limited time only, we are offering a tutoring discount if you refer another student to us. A discount of 50% will be applied to one hour of standardized testing or college essay tutoring. In case of other subjects, your hourly rate will be decreased by $10 for the next one-hour lesson. This offer can be redeemed multiple times.
Educational Opportunity
If the student receives free or reduced lunch at school, you can receive a special discount. Students with reduced lunch will enjoy a flat hourly rate of $20, regardless of the subject. Those with free lunch will pay a flat rate of $15/hour.
